Itβs as though another captain is sailing their ship, but they are still standing at the helm! Whether itβs from conditioned behavior, learned helplessness, or unexamined beliefs, their behavior can quickly deteriorate a situation. A Learner approaches every person with ears intent on listening, clarifying when they encounter the slightest confusion.
