In the program, healthiness means making beneficial choices for the health of the body, which helps the mind. It’s not about diseases, disorders, or other maladies a person can’t control. It’s about mitigating long-term effects from bad habits, disciplined choices against processed foods, regular exercise, consistent sleep patterns, hygienic routines, and choosing delayed gratification. A person mustn’t neglect their body because it should be ready to not only move when needed, but think sharply in critical moments.
