One could say that functioning as a employer-employee relationship as a necessary component of life as it is so far. However, such hierarchies should not be applied on a spiritual level. To say that a person is a spiritual rank above another should be a position contrived more from pride rather than virtue. A Learner understands that it is necessary to avoid systems that encourage divisiveness over unity, especially when it comes to personal spiritual power. It’s a way to say that the captain is the leader of the ship, but off the ship and even in the afterlife, there is no difference between him and a crewmate.
