This is the process of finding the golden gift of the self’s original power. The process can be long and arduous, but it starts in asking existential questions, then seeking the answer through various activities. One by one, the activities fail to give the golden gift of self-awakening, and only by turning inward does one find the gift. Many people start looking for the answer in things outside the self: career, philosophy, religion. These things can only help you find the answer because it’s a process of elimination: they show you where the answer isn’t. A Learner understands that, eventually, everything will point to oneself. One needs the journey outside the self only to find the answer in the return to their inner self.
