This power consists of the reactions to reality and the consequences it gives us. When our inner reality doesnβt match the shared reality, our expectations are damaged because we didnβt get what we wanted. Reality is a neutral teacher: it does not favor us, nor does it despise us. However, it retains nearly full control of what happens to us.
Emotions are our method to cope with what we canβt control in reality. A Learner knows this, and instead of living in despair in a world full of limitations, they manipulate the only thing they can control: their choices.
Emotions are challenging, and we donβt need to learn how to feel them. Instead, we need to learn how to understand them, how to appreciate the difficult lessons they teach, and how to let go of them when we accept their lessons.
Info
Emotions want to be acknowledged, loved, and they want their freedom. When we ignore or hide them, we get sick mentally and physically.
