This is the confidence that lasts through the world crumbling around a person. It is the faith that even as the ultimate disaster of death unfolds, one still exists afterward. A Learner might fear the method death, but the assurance that after death comes a new life, whether that is borne of a religious or spiritual belief is a preference of oneself. However, if it is a religion, the causation of one’s salvation becomes important. One should consider taking personal responsibility over their own salvation and should not vacate that into the hands of a deity in a process called “surrogate transcendence”.
