In the program, perspective is your understanding on how to view the world. While your view matters, it’s also quite limited, and the fact that you have a perspective is not unique. There are other people who exist in the world besides you, which means there are at least two perspectives: the subjective and the objective. It introduces the idea that you must not only form your own unique view, but you must learn to live with other people’s view, too. Shifting perspectives is a way to know yourself and empathize with others.
