Definition
In the program, emotional intelligence is the understanding of what emotions are, what they do and need, how they impact a person, how to cope with the pain, how to use empathy, and how to process them for release. It’s the understanding that emotions are natural reactions to the mismatch between the shared reality and one’s personal reality. Emotions are seen as teachers, not threats. Hiding or suppressing them is harmful mentally and physically, and emotions seek to be felt, understood, and expressed.Captain Theme You
