Misery Points

When you ask the Learning Point questions, your aim is to gain progress toward your most-efficient self. If you fail to ask such questions, you may fall into suffering. In the program, these specific points are called Misery Points.

They’re not “points” as in a score, but they are noteworthy to observe. Suppose you are looking at a Learning Point, such as “Where am I?” in the Self-identity section. If you were to ask yourself, “What might happen if I neglect to ask myself this question?”, the Misery Points are the answer. Everyone is different, and the Misery Points may not be true for all.
