Psychological Existence vs Consciousness
You may be asking, “What’s the difference between Consciousness and Psychological Existence"" There is a big difference here.

Consciousness is the ability to sense; it’s the observer and the space in which observations occur.

Psychological Existence, the mind, is the interpretation of observations made in the real world. It holds your beliefs, principles, agency, narrative continuity (your story), self-worth, and uniqueness, as well as your thoughts and emotions.

Think of Consciousness as a movie theatre, while Psychological Existence is the movie playing on the screen.
