That which is true in your mind

Also Known As

  • Inner Self
  • Inner/Internal Environment or World

Summary

This inner world is shaped by your mind, which is the collection of your thoughts and emotions. It changes through willpower, experience, and education, and it can be influenced by your physical body and environment.

It’s a private world only you can sense, and it’s used to help you interact with and understand yourself. It helps you interpret the outer world so that you can survive it.

Think of the inner world as a chaotic dream. While logic is like a detective peering in and trying to make sense of it all, it can’t feel it. The logic interpreting the chaos can structure the dream by organizing it, but it could also be flawed and totally wrong. Therefore, you can use logic to detect patterns, but don’t entirely disconnect from emotions to do so.

Components

Personal Power Traits
These are the 100+ traits that this program outlines. The Personal Power traits are those that a highly efficient person uses to make decisions.

Echo of Elsewhere
This is the feeling that you forgot something about a different reality, as if there is a big hole in your spirit. Not everyone feels the Anamnesis to the same degree.

Faculty
This is a toolset of natural abilities that come with being a human in the world. You use the Faculty to experience life and your environment. These will help you find your personal power.

Picnic Baskets
These tools are called “Behavior Sets” (or simply “baskets”) because each group cherry picks specific personal power traits, just like a picnic basket would have a variety of foods.

For example, the Defense Basket holds all the tools needed to protect you, such as rationalization, lying, and deflections.

Inner Observatory
This is how you make observations. The Vantages includes the Observation Deck (or Subjective Consciousness) and the Telescope (Objective Consciousness). Since subjectivity is a lower skill than objectivity, everyone starts at the first step of this tool.

Psychological Friction
Generated by the difference between your expectations and what actually happens, Friction is the struggle that naturally happens between the private and shared realities.

The material reality that is observed and agreed upon by a group

Also Known As

  • Outer Environment or World
  • Real World

Summary

This is the world you inhabit together with other people, objects, and places—from vast galaxies to small atoms. It is the outer landscape of physical facts, places, and events that multiple observers can experience.

This is shaped by time, space, and physics, and it is constantly changed by the Feedback Loop.

The shared reality is both the classroom and the teacher, but it is neutral to your success: it neither favors nor despises anyone. However, the systems behind it retain nearly full control of what happens to you physically and, in some cases, mentally.

Components

Environments
This is a general term for specific areas, called Environments, within Dimensional Reality. These are the spaces in which everything outside of your mind exists, and they are the containers for the rules of the environment. For example, in our universe, there are rules for space, time, and physics. Environments include all dimensions whether or not human beings can detect them.

Within Environments is the Feedback Loop that consists of the details of the environment. In our world, the details include limitations, actions/events, and consequences. The Feedback Loop contributes to Psychological Friction, or simply “friction.”

Psychological Friction
Generated by the difference between your expectations and what actually happens, Friction is the struggle that naturally happens between the private and shared realities.

Principle 1:
The Ultimate Environment

Love is the ultimate, all-accepting environment from which you will never be removed. It is not a passive emotion.

This program is centered upon love as the ultimate environment because love accepts everything and rejects nothing. It’s the space in which both the light and the dark parts of human experience are allowed to exist without judgment. Every experience is valid.

We are humans living human experiences. We must not look to escape the darkness or bypass hardships; we must face our darkness in the shade of our light. This means we must use our personal power to stand strong, learn, and grow. We must not run away, suppress, or hide. Since love accepts all, every failure is a step forward.

Moral

You can never be unloved.

Mnemonic

Love accepts me.

Goal

Understand that you are always in the environment of love, and you can never be separated.

Learning Points

  1. The Ultimate Environment
  2. Diagram Explanation

Announote

The journey starts with love because, with it, anything is possible.

1. Ultimate Environment

Invisiblock

Biggest Environment
Love is the biggest environment because everything exists within it—good and evil. It penetrates and creates everything, and it prefers unity over division. Your behaviors may be misaligned with love’s preference, yet you always exist within it, whether or not you realize it.

Acceptance
Love is the all-accepting, inclusive environment because it does not reject, judge, or abandon. You will never be separated from love because it accepts you. If you feel like you are lagging behind, love waits for you to catch up. Love appreciates you; it understands who you are. It exists even for individuals who cause harm because it acts as their chance for redemption. Without love, there would be no hope.

Possession
You needn’t earn love because you already have it. Unity binds people together, and it prefers progress toward that rather than toward division. Love wants what is best for you, and those who prefer evil deeds may need such deeds to grow toward good. At times, it may seem that you are removed from love, yet you are not. Your mindset might be blinding you because of traumas. Resultantly, love may be buried underneath your traumas, yet it waits patiently for you to remove the blindfold and dig it up.

Never Removed
Science claims that an organism or an object cannot be removed from an environment. Wherever it is, it exists within an environment, whether that’s in the vacuum of space or in a local lake. Since this program claims that love is an environment that contains all other environments, you cannot be separated from love.

No Mistakes
Life is limitations, choices, consequences, and adaptations. No matter which choice you make, there are consequences. You make the best choices you know how to avoid the worst consequences, and you learn from the results. Looking at it that way, the mistakes you make are not mistakes, but exactly what you need to progress to the next part of your life.

2. Diagram Explanation

full

This diagram starts mapping the understanding of love. Click to expand!

Step 1
For this diagram, let’s use your imagination for a second. Imagine a totally empty space; not even “nothing” exists. It’s emptier than empty because the space hasn’t been defined. However, it has the potential to be everything. All it needs to do is become aware of itself.

Step 2
When the empty space looks inward, it becomes more defined. It becomes the Ultimate Environment. It becomes love itself, and it’s the spark it needed to find its own “personal power.” The Ultimate Environment can use this unlimited, all-mighty power to create anything it wishes. Suddenly, everything the it ever thought of bursts out in an instant fire of creation, and the flame dies just as quickly.

Step 3
Now, let’s look at the diagram. What you see here shows love, the Ultimate Environment, in the center. To prevent you from feeling overwhelmed, the chart doesn’t display everything that love ever made in step 2 above. Instead, the diagram shows the most important things that love creates. Everything is created simultaneously.

Connections

  1. Consciousness: the ability to sense
  2. Existence: the ability to be
  3. Dimensional Reality: the place to be

At this moment, everything has the ability to sense, be, and a place to live. You are included in this moment in the diagram, and this is perhaps the highest form of existence. Here, you might be omniscient, omnipresent, and more.

Step 4: The Fractured Mirror Analogy

Conclusion

Love is the beginning and the end, the full circle of consciousness, existence, and environments. It composes the stars in the universe just as easily as the cells in your body. You are love, and it is never distant.

Definition

How you sense, interpret, and learn; the sum of all your experiences

Summary

This is your ability to sense. It’s a scale between self and world. Go too far on one end, and you start to ignore the other. An overall balance is key, but don’t confuse balance as sitting on the fence all the time. The balance must shift to one side as it is needed. Think of it as a glass sliding on a bartop in a sea-going pub.

Components

Dissociated Consciousness
This defines when you cannot identify with the subjective world. With Dissociated Consciousness, you see things from logical facts more than you have emotional feelings. This is also called the Living Ghost Trap because it feels like you are drifting through a world you don’t belong to anymore.

Self-Centered Consciousness
This is when you are too focused on yourself to care about anyone else. In Self-Centered Consciousness, your emotions drive you, nothing is your fault, and you are surrounded by morons. This is called the Main Character Trap because it seems like everything is based on you.

Metaconsciousness
This is when you have a good balance between logic and emotion. In Metaconsciousness, you hold on to facts just as well as you consider your feelings, and you shift which to use in any situation. This is called the Measured Observer because you take the time to see what’s happening, determine how to approach it, and provide a solution.

Conclusion

Not everyone fits on the extremes of the scale. It’s likely that you are at some point between the two. The idea is to become the scale!

If you are a Self-centered Consciousness, you are driving a car while blindfolded and screaming at the road. If you are a Dissociative Consciousness, you are watching the car from a distance and wondering about the purpose of it. If you are a Metaconsciousness, you are driving the car on a pleasant day, feeling the comfort of driving, and actively reacting to the turns on the road and blind spots in your vision.

The Ends

  • Private Reality: the subjective, inner world of a person’s mind
  • Shared Reality: the objective, outer world

The Scale

  • Dimensional Reality: the bridge between the two ends; the balance of being present in both

1. Private Reality

AKA Inner Environment, Inner World, Mind’s Eye

  • Subjectivity: personal meaning
  • Personal experience: attachments, expectations
  • Contains inner environment

This represents what is true in your own mind.

It is where consciousness and existence combine to create an experience based on emotions, logic, and instinct. Each consciousness has a specific perspective and a unique experience.

This is a brief summary of a big topic. Click the breakout link below to follow up.

2. Shared Reality

AKA Outer Environment, Outer World, Real World

  • Objectivity: factual evidence
  • Group experience: limitations, actions, consequences
  • Contains outer environments

This represents what is true among a group of minds.

Consciousness and existence combine here to create an experience shared between the consciousnesses in it. It requires its inhabitants to interact with each other, make observations, and agree on facts.

This is a brief summary of a big topic. Click the breakout link below to follow up.

SHARED REALITY

3. Dimensional Reality

AKA Cosmic Background

  • Subjectivity and Objectivity: acceptance, adaptation
  • Sensing the personal experience while observing the group experience
  • Contains inner and outer environments

This is container for all realities, and it’s the ability to accept and adapt to the actions, limitations, and consequences of the real world and the attachments, expectations, and meaning of the inner world.

Dimensional Literacy is the understanding of how psychological friction between mismatched private and shared realities is a critical and inevitable part of true growth.

It’s identifying and empathizing with a person while also seeing the larger perspective of fact. The merger of the two represents a consciousness that is connected to a higher awareness of available information and relatable experiences.

Omnipotence, Omnipresence? In the Love as the Ultimate Environment diagram, there is a space that connects consciousness and existence to Dimensional Reality. What follows is speculation based on my observation.

It seems like this might be the space where (for lack of a better term) souls inhabit their most potent existence. It’s both inside and outside of time and space. It’s where the soul exists everywhere at once, possesses all knowledge, and commands all power.

This is reflected upon in the Fractured Mirror Analogy.

There are many things outside the human ability to sense and know. This may not be an accurate concept, and I could be wrong about it. It’s a fun thing to think about.

Conclusion

Dimensional Reality is not about forcing the world to match your mind, nor is it about allowing the world to erase your identity. The purpose of dimensional literacy is to stop fighting the stressors of reality.

Instead, adapt to the psychological friction that naturally occurs at the border between the private and shared reality. Accept that friction is inevitable, and take ownership of the consequences of your choices. This is the natural state of your relationship with reality. Friction is physics, not punishment.

You are present in all the realities mentioned here because you have a consciousness, and you exist. The scale is not a choice of which team you are on, but a gradient of experiences. Where you land on this scale simply shows how deeply you understand the interaction with yourself, others, and the world.

The ability to be, experience, or play a role in the world

Also Known As

Be (Be, Sense, Home; BSH)

Summary

This is your ability to be. How you exist is expressed on a scale between mind and body. If you are too far on the extreme, you begin to lack in the other. There is a balance to be had, but don’t think of balance as neutral stillness. It’s more like a glass sliding on a bartop in a sea-going pub.

Components

Physical Existence
This is where things exist as matter. Physical Existence includes real things that can be measured with senses.

Psychological Existence
This is the existence of thoughts. Psychological Existence is the interpretation of facts.

Metaphysical Existence
This is the union of thought and fact, but it’s more than that. Metaphysical Existence is also the confrontation with death paired with a comfortable reconciliation.

Conclusion

This is not a black-and-white scale where you are either physical or psychological. Everyone has both parts, and some have a deeper spiritual sense. To what degree they are used or not used is a measure of one’s state of existence. The goal here is to be open-minded to being wrong about everything, even what you hold to be true for yourself.

A person who leans into Physical Existence lives in the material world: a hyper-focused CEO, a high-performing pop star, or an ambitious politician. At their best, they are masters of real-world action and results. At their extreme, they can become detached from emotion and driven purely by their own accomplishments.

A person who leans into Psychological Existence lives in the internal world of feeling and meaning: a reflective drifter, a spiritual seeker, or an empathetic caregiver. They seek less meaning behind riches or status and instead try understanding what it means to be alive. However, without remaining grounded to physical reality, they risk becoming dissociated with life itself.

Instead, use the depth of your inner world to guide your actions in the outer world with the added comfort of being confident through death itself.
