  6. Observation Deck: This is what gives you direction. It’s also part of your agency. It guides you through your attention, focus, preference, and conscience.

These are not physical qualities, but a sequence of actions your mind performs at any given moment in time. It is a part of the The Human Experience (Environments), more specifically the Inner World.
